Cancellation policy for goods deliveries
Your order constitutes an offer to us to deliver goods. You have the right to cancel this offer within 21 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 21 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this order.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this purchase, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 21 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 21 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of your order. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 21-day period expires.
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods. A return label can be requested from the Still You team by emailing info@stillyou.health. We will charge you for any costs incurred for returns that are not prepaid.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly, have exceeded their expiry date or for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. Please understand that we can only accept returns of unopened products.
